Reflexology - Feet or Hands
Reflexology is a therapy based on the premise that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs, glands and body parts.
When the body is out of balance it is not functioning effectively. By working the reflexes on the feet an involuntary response is elicited in organs and glands connected to energy pathways to these specific reflexes. This sets a chain reaction in motion, which occur throughout the body systems.
The effects of the treatment range from energizing and uplifting to calming and deeply relaxing. Reflexology works to loosen the physical and emotional congestion in the body and to stimulate the flow of positive energy. This strengthens the natural healing energy, restoring balance and feelings of wellbeing.
Reflexology treatments may help relieve various conditions such as:
Stress, Depression, Insomnia, IBS, Asthma, Sinusitis, Headaches, Allergies, Infertility, Hormonal imbalances, Muscular aches & pains.
Up to 90 mins should be allowed for the initial consultation and treatment.
