Reiki
The word Reiki is comprised of two characters, Rei and Ki, meaning Universal Life Force (Energy).
Reiki is a non invasive form of healing, beneficial for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. It is a therapy where the practitioner uses the life energy to promote the natural healing process of the body.
Reiki is given through clothing where hands are placed either gently upon the body or slightly away from it at certain positions.
Reiki can be used to relieve stress, tensions and to balance the body as a whole as it is particularly good for inducing a deep state of relaxation.
It is complimentary to other therapies and will enhance their effectiveness.
Treatment time is approximately 1 hour £30
